Contributions to audiovisual and graphic productions, judicial trials, tributes, and events

The photographic archive collaborates by contributing images to audiovisual and graphic productions, judicial trials, tributes, and events. Some of the most recent of such activities were the contribution of around one hundred photographs of disappeared writers for their presentation in the book “Living Word”, edited by the Society of Argentine Writers (SEA), and the contribution of photographs for a Clarín Digital production in tribute to Azucena Villaflor, entitled “The Mother of the Mothers”. This tribute can be found in December 12th, 2005 digital edition of the newspaper Clarín.

Cooperation between human rights archives

Memoria Abierta foments the cooperation between different archives that contain information on the period of state terrorism. We collaborate with the organization of their personal and institutional archives, always keeping in mind the objective of their diffusion and publication. In addition, we participate in initiatives that facilitate the accessibility of archives. One example of this work is the Human Rights Archives Census.
